The Halo™ Sectional Matrix System

The Halo™ Sectional Matrix System: Achieving Exceptional Results Efficiently
Ultradent Products is proud to introduce the innovative Halo™ system. This user-friendly sectional matrix system facilitates the creation of consistent, aesthetically pleasing, and anatomically precise composite restorations in a shorter timeframe. It includes all essential components, such as nitinol rings, stainless steel matrix bands, and plastic wedges. These high-quality components are designed to effectively address most clinical challenges related to posterior restorations and work seamlessly together.

Halo ensures the formation of consistently tight contacts, meeting both user and patient expectations for restoration longevity by producing highly accurate interproximal contacts. The robust force of the nitinol rings, combined with the active wedging from the rigid plastic wedges, enhances tooth separation, making it easy to place single or adjacent restorations.

The distinctive beak design of the Halo rings allows for superior three-dimensional adaptation, significantly reducing the time and effort required for occlusal and proximal adjustments and finishing. The band conforms fully to the preparation from the gingival margin to the marginal ridge, maintaining its shape even in larger preparations. Its narrow and stackable rings facilitate handling in any area of the mouth. Crafted from a highly elastic nitinol alloy, the material retains its strength throughout procedures and minimizes cyclic fatigue. The smooth, clean plastic surface enhances hygiene and prevents composite adhesion. Halo rings are reusable, autoclavable, and can withstand over 1,000 uses.

The Halo matrix bands feature an enhanced minimalist design for the marginal ridge. They are anatomically shaped to support the specific anatomy of the treatment area, thereby reducing the time needed for occlusal adjustments. These matrix bands adapt easily, creating even tighter contact points and are available in two different sizes.
